NFL is back with bets on win totals, Super Bowl odds and Week 1 lines.
NFC East betting odds

The NFC East was arguably one of the strongest divisions in the NFL last season. Three of the four teams went to the playoffs, including the eventual Super Bowl champions, the New York Giants.
Dallas Cowboys odds
Dallas finished atop the East last season after going 13-3 in the regular season. But once again the Cowboys failed to get a single win in the postseason. Tony Romo will lead a stacked Cowboys offense once again, and he'll be flanked by powerful weapons like Terrell Owens, Jason Witten, and new No. 1 back Marion Barber.
The Dallas defense struggled at times last season, but on paper they look like a strong unit backed by DeMarcus Spears, Greg Ellis, Roy Williams, and Terence Newman. The Dallas defense added a lot of experience in linebacker Zach Thomas, and cornerback Adam Jones could be another solid addition if he gets reinstated and stays out of trouble.
At , Dallas is a big favorite to repeat as East champs at -110, and they're also the top Super Bowl contender out of the NFC at +300.
New York Giants odds
The Giants shocked everyone last year by taking down the unstoppable Patriots to win the Super Bowl. Now comes the real hard part - doing it again. Eli Manning returns with most of his offense intact, including running back Brandon Jacobs and No. 1 wideout Plaxico Burress.
Gone is Jeremy Shockey, but that may be a good thing because he was becoming more trouble than he was worth. Also gone are defensive leader Michael Strahan and linebacker Kawiki Mitchell, so the defense may have a hard time living up to last year's standard.
The oddsmakers have the Giants listed as a +1800 underdog to take home another Super Bowl title, but they were also huge underdogs last season. New York is also a +275 'dog in the division, and a +800 underdog to win another conference championship.
Washington Redskins odds
The Redskins posted a 9-7 record last season to sneak into the playoffs, and that was without having starting quarterback Jason Campbell for their last three games. Campbell's back to 100 percent, but he'll need to rebound quickly to keep the Redskins relevant in the East.
Washington's biggest offseason change was the exodus of Joe Gibbs and most of the coaching staff, and the appointment of Jim Zorn as the new head coach. Zorn has many of the same pieces to work with that Gibbs did - Campbell, Clinton Portis, Santana Moss, Antwaan Randle El, Chris Colley, etc.
The challenge will be getting the same production, or better, out of them. The defense was upgraded up front with the addition of Jason Taylor, but they will not have the brilliant schemes of defensive guru Gregg Williams to follow this season.
Washington is a +600 underdog in the division at , and their win total was set low at 7.5. If that total is accurate Washington may take a step back this season.
Philadelphia Eagles odds
The Eagles missed the playoffs last year after finishing the season .500 at 8-8. Donovan McNabb was hit by the injury bug again, but the 14 games he did play were the most he's been in since 2004.
McNabb is still missing a big-name receiver, but he does have the sure hands of running back Brian Westbrook. However, if McNabb can't get the Eagles back to the playoffs this season his days could be numbered in Philly. The Eagles' big pickup in the offseason was cornerback Asante Samuel, but in doing so they may have alienated Lito Sheppard and he's simply waiting for his ticket out of town.
The Eagles are a respectable +325 underdog in NFC East odds at , and a +850 dog to win the NFC Championship.
